How can we help?
TaskCanyon is made by one developer who reads every message. Most replies go out within two working days.
Quick fixes
I can't find TaskCanyon after opening it
It lives in the menu bar (the checkmark icon, top right), not the Dock. Press ⌥⌘T from any app to open it. On a MacBook with a notch, a full menu bar can hide icons: hold ⌘ and drag other icons out of the way, or rely on the shortcut.
The shortcut does nothing
Another app may be using the same combination. Open Preferences → General → Shortcut and choose a new one, or press ↺ to reset it to ⌥⌘T.
Reminders don't appear
Allow notifications in System Settings → Notifications → TaskCanyon. Preferences → General → Reminders shows the current permission and opens the right settings page for you.
iCloud sync isn't working
- Every Mac must be signed in to the same Apple Account in System Settings.
- Pro must be unlocked and Sync with iCloud turned on, on each Mac.
- The status under the switch tells you what's happening: “Up to date”, “Syncing…”, or what to fix.
Restore Pro on another Mac
Open Preferences → Pro and click Restore Purchases, signed in with the Apple Account you bought Pro with.
Refunds
Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
